Be there when the landlord deadline is real.
Kept puts your verified listing beside the duty a landlord is trying to sort, in the postcodes you actually cover. Start with a free directory profile or take a promoted slot from £29 a month.

Three moments. One straightforward placement.
Kept is not a marketplace and it does not sit between you and the landlord. It holds the date, shows the relevant trade and gets out of the way.
See the full mechanics →- 1
A landlord opens a property file
They add an address and their existing certificates. Kept works out the key statutory duties that apply to that property and the date each one falls due - gas annually, EICR every five years, EPC every ten, and the rest.
- 2
The clock runs down
Reminders escalate from 60 days out: a nudge, then a firmer one, then a red one. This is the moment a landlord is actually looking for you - not idly browsing, but holding a deadline with a penalty attached to it.
- 3
Your offer appears against that duty
If the duty is yours and the postcode is yours, your listing appears alongside the reminder - in the app and in the email. Nobody sees an electrician when a gas record is what expires.

You should know what you are buying.
Flat fee, never commission
You pay the same whether you win one job or forty. We take nothing from the work itself and we never see your prices.
No lead fees, no pay-per-click
There is no auction, no bidding and no charge per enquiry. Two firms in the same postcode pay the same money for the same slot.
Three partners per district, per duty. Maximum.
A slot is only worth having if it is scarce. We cap promoted partners at three per postcode district per duty, and we say no when an area is full.
First 30 days free
Every paid tier starts with a free month. If the statement at the end of it does not justify the fee, cancel and owe nothing.
What stays privateLandlord data boundaries
A landlord decides whether to contact you.
- We never send you a landlord's name, address, phone number or email.
- We never sell or rent a landlord's details to anybody, for any price.
- You receive counts and click-throughs. The landlord decides whether to contact you.

Gas Safe engineers
There is no duty in the private rented sector with a harder deadline than the gas safety record.

Five years is exactly long enough for everybody to forget.
View trade pageEPC assessors
A certificate that has run out is an obvious reason to call an EPC assessor; a change in a property's rating or exemption can be another.

Alarms are the duty landlords are most confident about and most often wrong about.

Ask a hundred self-managing landlords for their legionella risk assessment and most will ask you what one is.

Q1Do you charge for leads?
No. Kept does not charge per lead, per click or commission on work. Promoted tiers are a flat monthly fee and landlords contact you directly.
Q2What does a free listing include?
The Listed tier gives you a verified directory profile for one postcode district and certificate mailbox instructions for Kept landlords who choose to use them. It does not include placement in the app or reminder emails.
Q3How many promoted trades can appear?
There can be a maximum of three promoted partners per postcode district and duty. If an area is full, we say so and offer a waiting list rather than sell a slot that does not exist.
Be the name they see when the date is real.
Listed is free. Promoted slots start at £29 a month + VAT, with the first 30 days free.
